*Note Luxury Dream Designs is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit, nor lost packages. All product must be returned to undamaged and unused to qualify for a return or an exchange, and be accompanied by the original order confirmation. Personalized and sale items are not exchangeable nor refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, all products must be unused and in the same condition as received. Any qualifying returns or exchanges must be conducted within 30 calendar days from the date that order was received. All returns and exchanges require the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping on all returns and exchanges made within the US are free. Currently we are not able to cover international shipping costs. *Note Luxury Dream Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

REFUNDS

To return any shipments within the US, please look up your order and print the corresponding return label(s). For international shipments, please contact us via email with your order information at luxurydreamdesigns@gmail.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address:

Once we receive your item(s), we will conduct an inspection and send you a notification with the updated status once completed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Credit arrival dates vary based on your banking system. Currently, we do not cover international shipping costs. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
