Description
Our scarf is handwoven using two layers of recycled Sari fabric and a fine Kantha stitch. All materials are natural and biodegradable, and the beautiful pink and yellow silk features a unique patterned design. Note this is one of many similar Silkroad pieces, and so if you are looking for a different color check out the rest of our collection! The company, House of Wandering Silk, sources fabrics from a range of female-dominant artisanal groups and social enterprises providing regular employment and fair wages. Garments are stitched in a warehouse in Delhi where workers are empowered and receive flexible, safe, and comfortable working conditions.
